COVID-19 – Temporary closure of the Epiderma clinics

Network News
Make an appointment

Dear Customers,

Many of the medical staff in the MEDICART network, both physicians and nurses, are currently working to fight the pandemic in the public system and our temporary closure encourages our staff to lend a hand. In fact, in compliance with government directives, the Epiderma clinics in Quebec as well as Medicart Esthetic Dermatology are temporarily closed since December 24th and until February 7th inclusively. Although this decision represents a significant financial impact, we believe that it is up to everyone to contribute to the collective efforts to contain the spread of Covid-19.

Since phlebology is a venous pathology of varying degrees of severity that can have an impact on the health of those who suffer from it, phlebology appointments are maintained in some of our clinics. For questions regarding your phlebology appointment, contact us at 1 877 EPIDERMA.

For MEDICART/EPIDERMA, the safety of our employees and customers is paramount. In this sense, we recognize our duty in the current situation that concerns us all. During temporary closure, you can book a virtual clinic consultation with one of our technicians.

Customer service at 1 877 EPIDERMA is maintained as well as the online store.

If you had an appointment scheduled for an evaluation during the temporary closure of the Epiderma clinics

We will contact you by phone or email (as indicated in your file) to schedule your next appointment. You will also be able to book a consultation in our virtual clinic.

If you would like to make an appointment for a free evaluation during the temporary closure of the Epiderma clinics

You can book a consultation in our virtual clinic.

Access to our virtual clinic allows you to avoid travelling for your evaluation appointment by receiving, in the comfort of your own home, an adequate evaluation, sound advice and any useful information related to your treatment from an expert technician in a secure and confidential environment.

If your contract states that an appointment should be scheduled soon

We will contact you by phone or email (as indicated in your file) to schedule your next appointment. We are committed to ensure your satisfaction and the good results of your treatments. This is why, during your visit to the clinic, at the time of reopening, we will evaluate your condition. Rest assured that we will maintain the standard of care you deserve and that we will take the necessary steps to ensure that it is as good as it should be.

Thank you for your patience as we are processing a large number of appointments through our 30 clinics across the province. We are committed to taking care of you as soon as we reopen.
