In 2019, driven by her passion for the field of dermatology and aesthetic medicine, Dr. Mélissa Vellucci joined the ranks of Epiderma. Known for her great authenticity, she has quickly earned a place of choice in the company thanks to her ability to listen to her patients and to clearly identify their needs.

A 2017 graduate of the Université de Montréal Faculty of Medicine, she completed her two-year family medicine residency at the Université de Sherbrooke in 2019. Since starting her practice, she has been practicing as a general practitioner and minor emergency in a private practice. Through her academic career, she has been able to develop many areas of interest including women’s health as well as dermatology. The match with Epiderma was obvious.

Thanks to the rigorous training program offered to doctors that allows them to analyze each unique face, she has become a master in the art of offering treatments adapted to the specific needs of her patients while taking care to enhance their natural beauty. Her philosophy is that she would never do to her patients what she wouldn’t do to her best friend or a family member.

Dr. Vellucci practices at Epiderma clinics in Laval (Saint-Martin), Pointe-aux-Trembles, Lachine and Ville Saint-Laurent.

« You should definitely wash your face once or twice a day. More frequent washing would be excessive. After washing my face at night, I apply a moisturizing serum and a moisturizer with glycolic acid. I also strongly recommend sunscreen to protect the skin from the sun’s harmful effects. Esthederm sunscreens are great options. »

Bonus tip: Dr. Vellucci pats her face every morning with cold water to cleanse her skin and tighten her pores before starting her day.
