EPIDERMA’S FIRST PINK CAMPAIGN RAISES $15,700 FOR THE QUEBEC BREAST CANCER FOUNDATION
Quebec company Epiderma, has always strived to support organizations dedicated to women’s well-being. This year, it chose to support the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation. Throughout the month of October, $20 was allocated for each selected treatment plan sold across the network of 23 Epiderma clinics.
As part of its first fundraising campaign, Epiderma was able to raise the sum of $15,700, which will be donated to the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation today. “At Epiderma, we have a clientele of 225,000 people, so this contact with the public makes us aware of what people affected, directly or indirectly, by breast cancer are experiencing,” says Pierre Montminy, President of Epiderma. “This cheque has a special significance for us and we are happy to be able to contribute to this cause which we hold particularly close to our hearts.”
“The Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation’s commitment to supporting people affected by breast cancer and their families is realized through the generosity of partners such as Epiderma,” says Nathalie Tremblay, President and CEO of the QBCF. “Every gesture is invaluable, and every donation will be reinvested to make the most advanced treatments and care available in every region of Quebec. We would like to sincerely thank Epiderma..
Keep in mind, that breast cancer affects one in eight women within their lifetime.
