As a company concerned with community development, Epiderma embraces each year several causes that affect the well-being of women and their families, such as the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation, Opération Enfant Soleil, the L.U.N.E. Project and the Lise Watier Foundation.

For its 20th anniversary, Epiderma gives them a voice.

Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation

Each year in Quebec, an estimated 6,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer. In this video, Josée Vermette, breast cancer survivor and ambassador for the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation, tells us about her journey towards her remission.

For more than 25 years, the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation has helped people with breast cancer and their loved ones through research and innovation, support and awareness.

Opération Enfant Soleil

Nothing is more unfair than a sick child. Neuromuscular impairment, global developmental delay, severe intellectual disability, hypotonia, swallowing disorder, gastroparesis, asthma: little Jacob is bravely facing an illness that has yet to be named.

Founded in 1988, Opération Enfant Soleil is a non-profit organization that raises funds to support the development of quality pediatrics for all children in Quebec.

Project L.U.N.E.

All women are welcome, regardless of their history, background or experience at Projet L.U.N.E.. Elisabeth, now a peer helper, explains how the non-profit organization changed her life and then influenced her career path.

The L.U.N.E. Project (Libres, Unies, Nuancées, Ensemble) has as its main mission to offer women sex workers and drug users who are homeless a safe, high threshold housing facility in Quebec City.

Lise Watier Foundation

The Lise Watier Foundation’s Let’s Start Up program encourages female entrepreneurship, post-secondary education and a return to employment as tools to help people escape from precarious situations in a sustainable manner. Meet Nancy Olivier, a participant in the 2017 cohort of the Let’s Start Up program, which launched Fromagerie Saint-Sauveur.

The Lise Watier Foundation is a philanthropic organization committed to changing the lives of women in need in Quebec. Driven by the desire to restore their pride, to help them regain control of their lives and to build a future for themselves that reflects their ambitions, the Lise Watier Foundation has been working every day since 2009 to promote the financial autonomy of local women.
