At Epiderma, we are proud to offer a range of medico-aesthetic treatments to address various needs of our patients. It can sometimes be difficult to navigate all the technologies and options available on the market. Here is an overview of the main skin concerns, as well as the associated treatments and technologies to help you better understand your options.

Wrinkles, Dark Circles, and Volume Loss

Wrinkles, dark circles, and volume loss are concerns that may arise over time. The main treatments for these issues are neuromodulator and filler injections. Neuromodulators reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, primarily located in the upper face, by relaxing the muscles responsible for their formation. Fillers, on the other hand, restore volume to the affected areas, mainly in the lower face. They can also brighten your look by filling in the hollows under your eyes, giving you a less tired appearance.

Brown Spots and Pigment Irregularities

Photorejuvenation is the ideal solution under medical supervision to treat pigment and vascular problems, offering you healthy skin and an even complexion. This treatment targets minor and superficial issues such as hyperpigmentation, freckles, lentigo, telangiectasia, couperose, rosacea, and erythrosis. For lighter irregularities, a peeling or microneedling treatment can also be beneficial.

Cellulite and Dimples

To treat cellulite, we use the advanced VelaShape technology. This method effectively combats cellulite by promoting smooth and firm skin. VelaShape acts on collagen fibers, fibrous bands, and adipose cell atrophy. Unlike previous technologies, this device combines infrared, radiofrequency, mechanical massage, and suction, offering shorter treatments and improved results.

Couperose and Small Dilated Vessels

Couperose, a symptom of rosacea, is due to the dilation of capillary vessels and microcirculation in the face. At Epiderma, we treat couperose with sclerosing injection, a light and non-invasive method that requires no recovery period.

Varicose Veins and Heavy Legs

Varicose veins are veins that can no longer adequately ensure the return of blood to the heart, causing symptoms of heaviness, leg fatigue, and various skin problems. The treatment of varicose veins at Epiderma is done by sclerotherapy. This light and minimally invasive treatment involves injecting a sclerosing agent into the vein to be treated. Each session lasts about 20 minutes and requires no recovery period.

Acne, Oily, and Acne-Prone Skin

For acne-prone and oily skin, we offer peels and products from the Vivier Pharma range. The Neutra-Acne peel is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and exfoliating, balancing the epidermis and tightening dilated pores. It combats pimples, dissolves comedones, dislodges microcysts and blackheads, and improves the appearance of mild to moderate acne scars.

Hairiness

If hairiness concerns you, laser hair removal could be the ideal solution. A specialist in laser hair removal for over 20 years, Epiderma uses the advanced Elos Plus technology. A complete treatment requires 5 to 6 sessions, eliminating about 80% of the hair in the treated area. The sessions, spaced 6 weeks apart, respect the hair cycle for optimal results.

If you have any doubts or questions before taking your first step into the world of medico-aesthetics, we always suggest starting with a free evaluation with one of our technicians. They will take the time to listen to you and make recommendations based on your needs.
